So, 1984 ... seems like ages ago! And yet, this book has such wisdom, why is not handed out on corners? Why isn't it required reading in High School English Classes?
This is a well written, laid out process for creating the life you want.
Skip all the gurus and just read this book! Then do what's in it. It's kinda simple. You just gotta do it.
This is among 'best kept secrets.'

I can not remember a single thing I learnt from this. It was hardly “a revolutionary program for creating anything”. I do remember that Fritz displayed an arrogance and ignorance to psychological strategies that he's clearly never tried out himself enough to understand. I may update this review later when I have more time.
