Story line interesting. High school loves re-meet 10 years later but it wasn't happenstance on Connor's part. His charm is well-portrayed but he's a snake. Thriller ending makes the read worthwhile. Mysterious - tense - intriguing. Think the plot line is good but the logic not so much.
Surprise after surprise after surprise, and sometimes after the expectation of one. Soap operas are made of this.
